Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Opened or used supplement products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and unpackaging Videos.

Refunds

• Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used supplements
• Products with damaged or missing original packaging
• Items purchased during clearance or special promotions (unless defective)
